Admins get their own area at app.dataleap.ai/admin. The Management section covers who’s in the workspace and what applies to everyone.

Members & roles

Invite people, assign roles, and manage access:

• Roles: every member is an Admin or a Member — switchable per person.
• Team admins: members can additionally administer specific teams (shown per user).
• Invite Members handles new joiners. Access requests and invites that haven’t been accepted yet have their own tabs: Pending requests and Pending invites.

Follow up on a pending invite

The Pending invites tab lists everyone who has been invited but hasn’t joined yet, with their role and when the invite was last sent. Each invite shows a status: Hover over an invite to see its actions:

• Send again sends the invitation again. For an Expired or Needs recovery invite, you confirm first and the person gets a new invitation. Their role stays the same.
• Cancel withdraws the invite.

You can also invite the same email again with Invite Members. If the earlier invitation has expired or can no longer be used, Dataleap sends a new one. You only get an error if the person has already joined, or if their invite is still Pending — use Send again for that.

Teams

Create and manage team spaces centrally — see every team, its members, and when it was created.

Organization defaults

The Organization page sets what applies to every agent in the workspace:

• Workspace defaults — display currency and the timezone used for analytics and team runs.
• System prompt — organization-level instructions applied to every agent in the organization (up to 12,000 characters). The place for company-wide rules: working language, PII handling, tone. Builders never have to remember them; every agent gets them automatically.
